The team develops a Reflective Ceiling Plan (RCP) specifying the position of various lighting fixtures throughout your space and details for ceiling design elements and grids.

We work closely with you, your architect and general contractor to provide the correct information for submittals, energy use, installation and dimming.

  • Maximum Ceiling Height (Note: High exposed ceilings of 13′ and above are harder to illuminate.)

  • Window Head Height (This is the measurement from floor to top of the window.)

  • Existing Ceiling Conditions that could affect lighting placement (HVAC, sprinkler systems, support beams, etc.)

  • Local Building Codes, Wattage Allotments and Title 24 Requirements.
